How do I transfer securities?

If you wish to transfer securities into the name of another person or party, you may arrange an off-market transfer, also known as a standard transfer. You will need to download and complete a Standard Transfer form from Avexa's share registry's website. Forward the completed form to the relevant Computershare office. Please note, the Australian State government tax, Stamp Duty, on transfers of quoted marketable securities executed on or after 1 July 2001 has been abolished.
